HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Redstone Yarrow Hospitality is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for housekeeping schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on housekeeping schedules. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with housekeeping schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
