HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Northwind Vale Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Tulsa plant, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 955 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on tooling. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with tooling. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
