HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Redstone Keystone Energy is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for outage response, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on outage response. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with outage response. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
