HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Stone Telecom and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on outage reports. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with outage reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
