HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Summit Haven Learning Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for school calendars, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on school calendars. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with school calendars. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
