HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Greenridge Vale Community Partners runs community programmes across Tampa, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on grant reporting. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with grant reporting. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
