HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Bright Lakeside Freight Group moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Wichita, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on dock schedules. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with dock schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
