HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Cedar Junction Housing Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for maintenance stores, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on maintenance stores. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with maintenance stores. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
