HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Highbridge Umber Health is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for patient scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on patient scheduling. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
