HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Greenridge Timber Construction Partners is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for materials orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 99 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on materials orders. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with materials orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
