HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Northwind Granite Housing manages affordable housing communities across San Antonio. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on resident services. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with resident services. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
