HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Northwind Ridge Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Anchorage. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 765 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on family communication. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
