HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Highbridge Haven Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Knoxville. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vehicle inspections. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
