HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Westbrook Meridian Foods Group makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Kansas City. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production batches. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with production batches. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
