HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Clearpath Wilder Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Richmond. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 466 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on underwriting files. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with underwriting files. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
