HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Harborlight Hollow Facilities Group is a facilities company in Charleston with crews on day and night shifts, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on contractor visits. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with contractor visits. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
