HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Fox Construction and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on permits. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
