HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Amberfield Maple Construction Group builds commercial and industrial projects around Denver. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on safety records. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with safety records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
