HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Northwind Amber Community Partners is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for grant reporting, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on grant reporting. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with grant reporting. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
