HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Ironwood North Learning Group Partners runs classrooms and tutoring across the Reno area, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Families are partners. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on learning materials. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with learning materials. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
