HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Harborlight Pine Community Partners Group runs community programmes across Little Rock. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on volunteer shifts. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
