HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Greenridge Umber Facilities is a facilities company in Grand Rapids with crews on day and night shifts, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 492 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cleaning schedules. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with cleaning schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
