HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Bridge Farms Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on seasonal crews. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with seasonal crews. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
