HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Northwind Field Financial is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for regulatory reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on regulatory reports. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory reports. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
