HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Redstone Meadow Staffing is a Las Vegas staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 534 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client orders. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with client orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
