HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Glen Health and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on referrals. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with referrals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
