HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Harborlight Rook Property Management is a Cleveland property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vendor invoices. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with vendor invoices. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
