HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Northwind Rook Staffing is a Hartford staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on onboarding. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with onboarding. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
