HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Northwind Hollow Energy Partners is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for usage data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on usage data. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with usage data. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
