HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Summit Junction Staffing is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for client orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client orders. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with client orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
