HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Foxglove Orchard Farms Group supplies farm and food customers across the Birmingham region. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on grower contracts. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with grower contracts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
