HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Clearpath Quill Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Little Rock design routes and schedules. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on ridership counts. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with ridership counts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
