HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Foxglove Corner Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Sacramento, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinical evaluations. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
