HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Silverline Thistle Learning Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 126 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on enrolment. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
