HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Clearpath Wilder Staffing is a Little Rock staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on timekeeping. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with timekeeping. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
