HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Meadow Markets and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on shrink and waste. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with shrink and waste. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
