HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Vista Property Management Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on unit turnovers. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with unit turnovers. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
