HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Keystone Arts Center and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on volunteer programmes. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with volunteer programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
