HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Redstone Ashton Hospitality Group runs guest-focused properties across the San Antonio area, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on group events. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with group events. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
