HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Highbridge Loom Pharma Partners is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for batch records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on batch records. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with batch records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
