HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Raleigh, NC)

Ironwood Quarry Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Raleigh serving households and small businesses. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 130 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on account openings. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with account openings. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
