HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Raleigh, NC)

Summit Union Care Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for licensing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on licensing. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with licensing. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
