HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Raleigh, NC)

We are growing our team at Silverline Yarrow Banking Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on loan files. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with loan files. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
