HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Raleigh, NC)

Silverline Mill Energy is an energy provider in Raleigh focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing disputes. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with billing disputes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
