HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Raleigh, NC)

Harborlight West Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Raleigh area. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field visits. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with field visits. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
