HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Raleigh, NC)

Northwind Orchard Banking Services is a regional lender in Raleigh with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on deposit accounts. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
