HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Raleigh, NC)

Fernwood Juniper Legal Group is a Raleigh practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 171 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing records. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with billing records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
