HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Raleigh, NC)

Stonegate Juniper Legal Group is a law firm in Raleigh serving businesses and individuals, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on document review. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with document review. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
