HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Raleigh, NC)

Clearpath Timber Pharma develops and makes medicines in Raleigh, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 140 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on release testing. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with release testing. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
