HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Raleigh, NC)

Highbridge Loom Pharma Partners develops and makes medicines in Raleigh. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on batch records. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with batch records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
